1. Introduction

By registering and participating in any tournament, event, or workshop organized by Grand X, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

2. Eligibility & Registration

·       Participants must be aged 13 years or older.

·       Players under 18 must obtain explicit written parental or guardian consent.

·       Registration must be completed with accurate personal information.

·       Grand X reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.

·       Teams must appoint a team leader responsible for communication and coordination with organizers.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

·       Compete fairly and respectfully

·       Avoid any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs

·       Refrain from abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language

·       Respect referees, staff, and other players at all times

Violation of these rules may result in penalties, disqualification, or permanent bans from future events.

4. Tournament Format & Rules

·       Tournament formats (Solo, Team, Bracket, etc.) will be announced prior to each event.

·       Match rules, scoring systems, and tiebreakers are defined by Grand X officials.

·       Any disputes must be reported immediately to event administrators.

·       The decisions of the referees and organizers are final and binding.

5. Prizes & Rewards

·       Prizes will be announced prior to the tournament.

·       Winners may be required to provide identification and tax details before claiming rewards.

·       Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited.

6. Media & Content Rights

By participating, you consent to:

·       Being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event

·       The use of your name, gamer tag, image, and gameplay footage in promotional materials

·       All content produced by Grand X during the tournament remains the intellectual property of Grand X

7. Online Events

For online events:

·       You are responsible for providing the necessary device, internet connection, and software

·       Grand X is not responsible for internet connection issues or server downtime

·       You must participate from a quiet, distraction-free area

·       The use of VPNs or software that may affect connectivity is prohibited

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Any personal data you provide (name, age, email, phone number, gameplay data) will be used by Grand X for:

·       Organizing and managing events and tournaments

·       Communicating with you about events, updates, and future opportunities

·       Direct marketing (email, SMS, notifications)

·       Data analysis and statistics to improve services

·       Sharing with partners and sponsors (game companies, media, beverage brands, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Grand X retains the right to use participant data indefinitely (no maximum time limit) for statistical, marketing, and administrative purposes.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

For minors: The parent or guardian consents to the use of the child's data in the manner described above.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grand X is not responsible for:

·       Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or server downtime

·       Any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation

·       Loss or theft of personal equipment or devices

10. Amendments

Grand X reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated through official channels or event announcements.
